Donations made to NIITUJA are generally non-refundable. We use these funds promptly for our ongoing educational, healthcare, and welfare programs. However, if a donation is made in error (such as a duplicate transaction due to technical issues), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
To request a refund for an erroneous transaction, please email us at niitujagroupfoundation@gmail.com with your transaction details (Date, Amount, Transaction ID, and reason). We will review it on a case-by-case basis and process the refund if applicable.
